Replacement Product Policy

If a consumer is entitled to a replacement product, Lunavore will provide a product of equal or similar value, subject to availability. Because our inventory consists of limited-edition hobby boxes and singles, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement if the product is out of print. In such cases, Lunavore reserves the right to offer a refund or a comparable alternative of equal market value. Refund and repair rights apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product.

Warranty & Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind the authenticity of every item sold in our store. We guarantee that all hobby boxes and trading cards are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and in new condition. We do not sell repacks, searched boxes, or damaged goods. If a factory seal is broken upon arrival or the product is not as described, we will honor a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
