Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my items?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Where is my order?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking email. You may also use our Track Order page using your Order ID and billing email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure online payment methods available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Lunavore ships within the United States only.
Your website isn’t loading. What should I do?
Clear your browser cache, try another browser, restart your device, and check your internet connection. Contact us if issues continue.
I keep getting an error message. What should I do?
Refresh the page, clear cache, or try another device. If the problem persists, email us with a screenshot of the error.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of sealed collectible sports card products, opened items are final sale. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 90 days of delivery.
How do I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges on opened collectible products. Approved returns must be unopened.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos of the package and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Do not open sealed products if incorrect.
